During the contract term, you receive access to published versions of the included modules. These include available bug fixes and compatibility changes for supported Znuny versions and interfaces.
We give priority to investigating reported issues and, where needed, provide available fixes or workarounds outside the regular release cycle. Installation, consultancy and custom changes are not included.
Fees are billed for twelve months in advance. The minimum term is twelve months. You may cancel with one month’s notice at the end of the first contract year, then with one month’s notice at the end of any monthly contract period. We refund prepaid fees proportionately for periods after the effective contract end date.
The module package and optional module maintenance can be cancelled separately. Cancelling optional maintenance does not end the module package or its included access to versions. Access to further versions ends when the module package ends; usage rights already granted remain in place.
Statutory rights relating to defects remain unaffected.
