What do we receive after ordering?+
The agreed OPM package for the selected Znuny version, together with installation and setup information. Your offer specifies licence scope, updates and any additional assistance.
How is a module installed?+
Packages are provided for the Znuny Package Manager. Test the package and configure the required features in a test environment before planning the production rollout. We can assist on request.
What else does Zai-LLM need?+
The chosen AI features use a suitable business account with Chat Data, Chatbase or OpenAI. Document translation can use DeepL or Google Cloud Translation. You do not need every service.
What information do we need from you before installation?+
Tell us your Znuny version, installed extensions and the features you need. For AI features, we also clarify which provider you want to use, which data will be processed and who will be allowed to use the features.
How can we get assistance?+
Tell us the module, package version, Znuny version and a short description. Keep customer tickets, credentials and confidential attachments out of the first enquiry. We will discuss any further information needed.
Which updates and assistance are included?+
Your offer specifies the updates and services included in your purchase. Report bugs through our form and include the module, package and Znuny versions. Setup, training and custom extensions can be commissioned separately.

Plug & Play: install, configure, use
Our modules are supplied as installable Znuny packages. Once installed and configured for your environment, the included features are ready to use. AI features also require the chosen AI provider and, where applicable, your own knowledge sources to be configured.
Read data for reporting
We use read-only queries for SQL-based reporting. This applies to reporting, not every function: ticket or user-account changes use the appropriate application functions.
Check access and configuration
We focus on limited access and clear configuration. Test the module with your settings and existing extensions in a test environment before production use.
