Describe the task you want to complete and what makes it difficult today. We assess whether it fits an existing feature, a future update or custom development. A technical specification is not needed for the first enquiry.

After sending, you receive a reference. We review the description and contact you if more information is needed. Confirmed issues may lead to a bug fix; new features can become product improvements or custom work. Scope and any costs are agreed before custom work is commissioned.
Your submission is not public. We publish customer names, internal requirements and screenshots only with your permission. Our Updates page lists product changes.
